An established social housing provider in the Nottingham area is seeking an Electrician for an ongoing temporary contract.
The role involves carrying out planned maintenance on domestic properties, specifically 2nd fix electrical maintenance.
The position offers a pay rate of £22.50 per hour and includes ongoing work along with a van and fuel card.
Candidates must have NVQ Level 3, previous social housing maintenance experience, and hold a JIB Gold card among other qualifications.
The working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a requirement for at least some prior experience in similar roles.

I am looking for an Electrician to work with an established social housing provider in the Nottingham area. This is an ongoing temporary contract. The successful candidate will carry out planned maintenance on domestic properties across the Nottingham area. All work will be 2nd fix electrical maintenance

The Electrician will receive:

22.50 P/H
Ongoing work
Van + fuel card

The successful candidate will be expected to complete:

Planned maintenance on domestic properties
8:00AM - 4:00PM, Monday to Friday
2nd fix electrical maintenance to a high standard

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3
Previous social housing/council house maintenance experience
18th edition
JIB Gold card
2391 Testing and Inspecting
Full UK driving license
