Salary: £38,000
Location: Static Role - Hucknall, Nottingham
Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 (Monday - Friday)
Mainstay Recruitment is currently working with a well-established company who are looking for an electrician to cover a new contract in Nottingham. As a supervisor, you will support the management team whilst also supporting engineers on the sites.
Duties:
- The role will entail performing ppm/reactive maintenance
- You will be supporting the established team across the contract by completing work, providing technical support, and any relevant paperwork completion needed
- You will perform a variety of maintenance tasks, mainly electrical but may also involve some plumbingand fabric tasks
- Maintenance across aspects such as Generators, Power, Lighting, AHU, BMS systems, Emergency lighting, Fire alarm testing, and plumbing.
- You will ensure all work completed by you is compliant with health and safety standards
- Ensure all H&S and compliance documentation is up to date such as Work Permit
- Update the CAFM system with electronic files such as inspection reports and certificates
- Must have electrical based qualifications
- Expereicne within basic multi trade skills, but mainly electrical
- Experience working across commercial sites for a service provider
