The Role
We're on the lookout for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join a growing cross-functional team of Developers, QA, and Designers, reporting directly to the Technical Director. This is a hybrid role, requiring you to work from our Nottingham office part of the week.
You'll play a key role in developing, maintaining, and improving our software solutions, ensuring high performance and scalability. Beyond coding, you'll be expected to mentor and coach junior engineers, helping to drive best practices across the team.
What We're Looking For
? 5+ years of experience in software engineering
? Strong proficiency in Python, Linux, and Bash
? Hands-on experience with Docker and Terraform (desirable)
? Proven experience mentoring and coaching engineers
? Comfortable working in a collaborative, Agile environment
