Business Transformation Lead, ideally with experience within retail banking and/or FS product offerings is required by this FS organisation as they look to improve specific consumer product offerings by replacing their core banking system. Can you demonstrate where you've led on the successful delivery of transformation initiatives, with systems architecture and integration, via APIs at the heart of the offering.

Responsibilities will include -

  • Lead on the technical aspects within the overall core systems replacement
  • Work closely with SMEs to define the technical architecture, making sure it's aligned with clear business objectives
  • Supporting the integration of the new and existing systems via 3rd party APIs
  • Guide on API management, systems integration and overall support of the data migration strategy
  • Translate business requirements via stakeholder engagement into technical specs
  • Execute project plans and schedules specific to the programme and monitor/report on progress, document accordingly
  • AWS API work will be beneficial
  • Agile delivery
