People Services Co-ordinator Hybrid Working Model - NottinghamUp to £32,000 Are you ready to take the next step in your HR career? I am working exclusively to support my client in finding a skilled and motivated People Services Coordinator to join their busy HR team. If you're experienced in transactional HR and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full Employee Life Cycle Management: Oversee all transactional HR duties including onboarding, contracts, DBS checks, right to work verifications, and screening processes.
  • Employee Queries: Be the first line of contact for any HR-related queries, including changes to contracts, terms, and benefits.
  • Team Support: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, helping them develop their skills. Act as an escalation point for more complex queries.
  • Transactional HR Duties: Handle and manage HR operations for a large and fast-paced business, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Internal & External Changes: Help manage employee absences, leavers, and other HR administrative duties in line with business requirements.

Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 2 years of transactional HR experience (preferably in complex environments).
  • Experience in employee lifecycle tasks, such as contracts, onboarding, absence tracking, and handling changes.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of HR activities.
  • A confident team player, able to guide and support others, with strong communication skills.

Working Environment:

  • Hybrid working model: Initially, this role will require 3 days in the office to help you get up to speed with systems and processes. Afterward, there will be flexibility for a more balanced hybrid schedule.
