An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team supporting the recruitment at Nelsons Solicitors, based from our offices in Nottingham (hybrid working is available).

Nelsons are renowned for being one of the leading law firms in the East Midlands and as such we want to find someone who will be able to find the right talent to assist us on our trajectory. You'll come with a background of Recruitment or Talent Acquisition and to hit the ground running that will ideally include some experience of working within law - although that's not essential.

This is a true in-house role where you'll direct effect the success of the firm and impact on its development. You'll be given the freedom to make your own mark and the responsibility to own the talent function.

We'll give you the tools you require go out and engage with and source the best people, but in addition you'll support the Hiring Manager population with face to face interviews to ensure a robust process, you'll advise on succession strategies and resourcing and keep an active eye on movements in the local market that will provide an advantage to the firm.

In return we'll give you the opportunity todevelop professionally and be involved in the design of the overall talent attraction strategy and ongoing review of existing processes and procedures and play a key role in creating the right first impression and raising the profile of the firm.
