Junior Energy Assessor

This is an exciting opportunity to join an independent environmental specialist consultancy who provide highly technical compliance services to clients across the UK. They are on the lookout for a Junior Energy Assessor to join their team in their offices in Nottingham.

Role responsibilities for a Junior Energy Assessor:

  • Produce SAP assessments and statements, as well as carrying out sustainability reports and strategies.
  • Carrying out energy assessments and EPCs for new builds and ensure projects are in compliance with Part L regulations.
  • Work alongside the construction team and clients by providing advice and solutions to ensure targets are met.
  • Produce energy strategies and decarbonization reports.
  • The role can open up to other areas of the industry such as air pressure testing

The ideal Junior Energy Assessor will have:

  • Relevant experience in an energy assessor role delivering EPC's for commercial and non-domestic projects
  • An energy assessor qualification such an OCDEA or NDEA would be beneficial
  • Experience with industry standard software's such as IES-VE or SBEM
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
