The Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Events and Operations Marketing Manager to elevate Constellia’s events and marketing operations. This role is the perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, where agility and adaptability are key. As part of a rapidly growing business delivering innovative solutions, you’ll have full ownership of creating impactful events and optimising marketing processes to support our growth. You’ll be pivotal in delivering industry-leading events that foster connection, collaboration, and innovation within the Constellia community.

Key Responsibilities

Event Management

• Plan, organise, and execute corporate events, conferences, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

• Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, including venues, suppliers, and speakers.

• Ensure events align with our brand strategy and deliver measurable ROI.

• Manage post-event follow-ups, reporting, and evaluation, supporting sales on their growth activity.

Marketing Operations

• Oversee marketing processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business objectives.

• Manage CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and campaign tracking.

• Support content creation, email marketing, and lead nurturing activities.

• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.

• Work closely with sales and business development teams to support lead generation and client engagement.

• Recommending creative marketing solutions to enhance brand awareness and business growth, ensuring delivery of driving value for the business.

Skills and Experience Required

• Proven experience in event management and marketing operations.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.

• Results-driven mindset with the ability to measure, analyse, and report on marketing performance.
