A reputable company based in Nottingham, are looking for a Conveyancing Secretary to join their team. As a Conveyancing Secretary, you willprovide comprehensive administrative support to the conveyancing department, ensuring the smooth and efficient progression of residential property transactions.
Duties include:
- Managing correspondence, emails, and telephone calls, and responding to client enquiries
- Assisting conveyancing solicitors with all administrative tasks related to residential property
- Drafting legal documents
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and other third parties
- Maintaining positive client relationships throughout the conveyancing process
- Performing general office duties such as photocopying, scanning and filing
- Ad hoc reception cover
As a Conveyancing Secretary will have proven experience working as a Legal Secretary preferably in a residential conveyancing environment. You will also be proficient in using legal case management systems and have strong organisational abilities. There will be opportunities for professional development and training.
In return you will be offered a salary of 23,500 with 21 days holidays plus statutory bank holidays. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm in the office. A workplace pension scheme is available plus other various benefits.
