We have an exciting position for an Executive Assistant to join a well-respected firm based in Nottingham City Centre on a 12-month FTC.

This person would be supporting the C-Suite level individuals including the Chief Operating Officer, Chief People Officer, General Counsel and the Senior Partner. This role is hybrid based with 2 days in the office and up to 40k a year.

A heavy part of the role is meeting and minutes for this role for board level meetings as well as preparing agendas, alongside the typical duties which would include:

  • Comprehensive administrative support to the senior management
  • Scheduling internal meetings, complex diary and travel management
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, reports and presentations
  • Manage and oversee team budgets
  • Process team invoices and expenses
  • Manage confidential information
  • Assist in the co-ordination of special events and projects
  • Attendance of the annual full partners meetings
  • Co-ordinate and submit executive updates

For this role, you would need solid previous executive experience for this role at C-suite level, excellent time management, and organisational skills, strong communication skills and the ability to interact with professionals at all levels.
