About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive and personable Personal Assistant to provide support at CEO level. As the CEO’s go-to person, you’ll be the voice and face of the office, representing them both internally and externally. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving problems and have exceptional communication skills, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the CEO’s Right Hand: Manage the CEO’s diary, prioritise tasks and ensure they’re always prepared for meetings.
  • Stay One Step Ahead: Track meeting action points, follow up’s and keep things running seamlessly.
  • Client Care: Act as the first point of contact for clients and colleagues, ensuring queries are handled with professionalism.
  • Event Planner Extraordinaire: Organise and confirm client review meetings, send reminders and prepare all necessary documentation.
  • Detail-Oriented Organiser: Keep records updated, process client requests and maintain impeccable admin standards.
  • Moments That Matter: Arrange and send celebration and sympathy cards for clients to ensure a personal touch.
