Are you detail-oriented and ready to join a dynamic team? CSP Recruitment is offering a fantastic opportunity for Production Operatives to join a leading Fresh Produce supplier in Beeston, Nottingham NG9 1PF.
This is a Temp to Perm position, with the possibility of a permanent role after 12 weeks.
As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating production equipment, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a clean work environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Safe and efficient operation of production machinery
- Monitoring the production process to maintain quality
- Conducting quality checks on products
- Following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
- Maintaining cleanliness of work area and equipment
- Assisting in troubleshooting equipment issues
Experience and skills required:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Mechanical knowledge for machinery operation and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with food production processes and safety regulations
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) is a plus

Working hours: 8 up to 12 hours shift
Hourly rate: £11.44
