This is a Temp to Perm position, with the possibility of a permanent role after 12 weeks.

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating production equipment, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a clean work environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Safe and efficient operation of production machinery
  • Monitoring the production process to maintain quality
  • Conducting quality checks on products
  • Following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
  • Maintaining cleanliness of work area and equipment
  • Assisting in troubleshooting equipment issues

Experience and skills required:

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Mechanical knowledge for machinery operation and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with food production processes and safety regulations
  • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
  • Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) is a plus
