Established in 1926 Bampton Packaging Ltd is a supplier involved in specialist packaging, we supply to a number of sectors ensuring that their products are delivered to their final destination in perfect condition.
We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Operative to work in our timber case manufacturing department.
Whilst previous experience of timber case manufacturing or manufacture of timber based products would be desirable, training will be given to successful applicants. Previous experience in the use of nail guns and hand tools is essential to the position.
The successful candidates will need to have the ability to work on their own initiative and prioritise their own workload to meet tight deadlines, be self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a strong sense of attention to detail along with the ability to work from and understand technical drawings and works orders.
In return we are offering a starting wage of £12.00-£13.00 an hour dependent upon relevant experience for the first six months, reviewed after successful completion of a probationary period.
29 days holiday a year, increasing with long service
36.5 hours per week over Monday Thursday, 8.00am 4.30pm & Friday, 8.00am 2.00pm.
