Responsibilities of a Production Operative:

  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations in all tasks
  • Conduct thorough bottle inspections across a fast-paced production line; identify, categorise faults, and document findings on the line inspection sheet
  • Follow prescribed Operating Procedures
  • Promptly report any line/machine faults to the wider team
  • Contribute to shift handovers by providing production line performance data, addressing potential problems, and ensuring glass quality & efficiency
  • Maintain accurate completion of all required worksheets

Experience:

While experience in a similar environment is beneficial, it is not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided.
