Administrator - NottinghamStart Date - ASAP

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator in Nottingham!

As an integral part of operations, you will work closely with Site Managers, Liaison Officers, and external contractors to ensure that project data is up-to-date and that our service delivery remains at the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Data management: Liaise with Site Managers and Liaison Officers to collect and maintain accurate data to ensure an up-to-date PS Team.
  • Reporting: Produce detailed management reports to illustrate current work-in-progress (WIP) and completed programme data.
  • Defect reporting: Collaborate with both internal and external teams to report and manage defects effectively.
  • Contractor coordination: Work closely with external contractors to ensure smooth project delivery and resolution of issues.
  • Problem resolution: Assist in managing defects and ensuring they are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
  • Client satisfaction: Work within the team to maintain high standards of client and customer satisfaction.
