About the Role

As a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate the mortgage process. Working within a high-performing estate agency branch, you’ll benefit from an average of over 150 new client registrations monthly and access to a dynamic, fast-paced market in Nottingham.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide bespoke mortgage advice to clients, ensuring their unique needs are met.
• Conduct detailed financial assessments to recommend the most suitable mortgage products.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and delivering exceptional service.
• Stay up to date with Nottingham’s mortgage market, products, and regulations.
• Negotiate favourable terms with lenders and financial institutions on behalf of your clients.
• Oversee the entire mortgage process, ensuring a seamless and compliant experience.
• Meet and exceed personal and team targets, contributing to the success of the Nottingham branch.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters and compliance, to maintain the highest standards.

What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker.
• A CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• A strong understanding of mortgage products, services, and regulations, particularly in the Nottingham market.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
• A proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach to business development.
