Senior Mortgage & Protection Broker / Team Leader - Regional Lead (North) - OTE £80k+

About the Role:

Are you a driven mortgage professional looking to combine leadership with hands-on advisory work?

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Mortgage & Protection Broker to join a leading financial services business that are ready for huge growth throughout 2025. This unique opportunity offers the chance to manage a team of 5-6 remote mortgage brokers while maintaining your own client portfolio.

You’ll initially dedicate 80% of your time to writing business and 20% to managing brokers and lead sources, with scope for these responsibilities to evolve as the business grows. The role potentially puts you on track for an Area Manager position in 2026.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert mortgage and protection advice tailored to client needs.
  • Oversee and support a team of remote brokers, fostering growth and performance.
  • Manage and develop relationships with key lead sources, including real estate agents.
  • Drive personal and team success by achieving productivity and revenue targets.

Key Requirements:

  • CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker, with a track record of high performance.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Leadership potential, with the ability to manage and motivate remote teams. Having a level of team lead/mentorship experience is desirable.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
