Based in their stunning Nottingham city centre offices, this is an exciting opportunity to combine hands-on expertise with leadership responsibilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.This role could be ideal for a Purchase Ledger Team Leader looking to step into management, or an experienced AP Manager who thrives on driving process improvements and supporting team development.About the RoleThis full-time, permanent position offers a hybrid working arrangement (following a six-month training period). You will lead a small, highly skilled purchase ledger team, working collaboratively to enhance processes, ensure workload efficiency, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.As a hands-on manager, you’ll play a key role in mentoring your team, providing guidance, and addressing escalated issues.   • Lead and manage the purchase ledger team on a day-to-day basis.
