You will lead a small, highly skilled purchase ledger team, working collaboratively to enhance processes, ensure workload efficiency, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.As a hands-on manager, you’ll play a key role in mentoring your team, providing guidance, and addressing escalated issues. This is your chance to make a tangible impact within a department known for its expertise and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the purchase ledger team on a day-to-day basis.
• Collaborate with the finance leadership team to implement process improvements.
• Oversee and manage the team’s workload, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Act as the first point of contact for escalated queries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Audit and approve multi-currency payment runs.
