Audit Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to better understand their business needs.
  • Lead the planning and execution of audit engagements, ensuring thoroughness and efficiency throughout the process.
  • Supervise and guide audit team members, promoting a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Ensure all audit documentation adheres to professional standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide comprehensive reports to management, highlighting key audit results and findings.
  • Conduct follow-up audits to assess the impact of management's actions and decisions.
  • Identify potential risks, recommend strategies for mitigation and suggest opportunities for cost saving measures.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments.

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, laws, rules, and regulations.

  • Ability to manage deadlines, budgets, and client expectations effectively.

  • Experience in leading and managing a team of auditors.

  • Proficiency in audit software and databases.

  • Full clean drivers licence and access to vehicle.
  • Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.

  • Strong independent judgement and decision-making abilities.
