LHH is pleased to be partnering with a highly respected firm in Nottingham to recruit a driven and experienced Audit Senior Manager to join their expanding and dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a manager looking to advance their career within a supportive and reputable top 100 firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delegation and execution of audit assignments, ensuring high standards of professionalism and efficiency.
  • Stay updated with the latest audit and financial reporting standards to maintain technical proficiency.
  • Provide strategic direction and technical advice to clients throughout the audit process.
  • Support Audit Partners and Directors in planning audits and overseeing reporting responsibilities.
  • Lead and mentor audit staff, encouraging their professional development and skill enhancement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
  • Ensure audits are completed effectively, adhering to the firm's policies and procedures.
  • Represent the firm by cultivating relationships with client personnel and enhancing the firm's reputation and presence.

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of managing audit assignments or teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • A strong desire to contribute to the overall success of the firm.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.
