SF Executive have been retained by a private equity backed multi site services business in the East Midlands - the business is hugely successful and has EBITDA of c£3m and growing.

The role will sit at Group level but closely oversee the financial performance of all trading businesses in very different spaces. All business units contribute relatively equally to group EBITDA.

Without seeking to be clichéd, the role will be a true business partner to The Board and will sit shoulder to shoulder with a hugely engaging CEO as the business continues to grow and potentially go through some kind of equity transaction in the next two to three years.

The business will also be looking to make acquisitions so candidates with experience of buying and successfully integrating acquisitions will be of interest to us.

Given all of the above, we are looking for a confident, communicative and resilient CFO who has already operated in a standalone role and ideally has led an exit transaction for investors / private shareholders. Whilst the EV of said transaction is not important per se, precedence will be given to candidates who, as CFO, have led successful exits.

Whilst in a modern, forward thinking organisation, the majority of the team are in the office most days and fully engaged in growing and developing the business - as such you'll likely be based in the Midlands and be happy and dare we say wanting to spend at least three or four days a week in amongst it at the office.

A significant package and sweet equity pot will exist for the successful candidate - there will be a window into an interesting wealth creation opportunity.

Please be encouraged to submit your details but please be aware that in a practical sense, we will only be able to get back fully to relevant candidates.
