A successful and highly regarded Corporate Finance team are hiring a key role, available from Executive to Manager grade and offering strong ongoing career development and bonus potential, based on team and personal productivity.

This role is focused on lead advisory / mergers and acquisitions. They advise clients who are buying, selling, and raising growth finance for their businesses. A leading name in the market, this firm will bring you into a superb team in great offices, for a role that will involve researching markets, deal marketing, people skills, commercial awareness, and financial analysis.

Working closely with their award-winning team, you will gain a high level of exposure to corporate acquisitions, disposals, management-buy-outs, management-buy-ins, and fundraising. You will have the opportunity to directly impact transactions, develop your technical skills, and develop your network.

The skills and experience you will bring:

  • ACA, CFQ, or ACCA qualified. People from an audit or advisory background are well-suited and if you have any corporate finance experience or transaction services, that would help, but is not required. A good academic background is preferred, but people will be considered equally from larger or smaller accountancy firms, as both bring different strengths.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
