Description

  • Manage transactions from start to finish, acting as the principal point of contact with clients, with support from the Partner / Director
  • Oversee the preparation of Information Memoranda and buyer research on sales projects Prepare/review financial analyses and report writing in connection with due diligence assignments
  • Involvement in business development opportunities, networking and marketing initiatives Support with pitch meetings with potential new clients
  • Provide guidance and support to more junior team members

Profile

  • ACA or ACCA qualified with a background in Audit, Corporate Finance or Due Dilligence
  • Good communication skills with experience of interacting with multiple senior stakeholders
