Job Purpose
- Manage a corporate tax portfolio, overseeing workflow and reviewing returns prepared by the team.
- Lead corporate tax planning for clients of various sizes and across a broad range of business sectors.
- Work closely with senior management to help shape the strategic direction of the tax offering.
- Work autonomously whilst ensuring expectations, deadlines, and budgets are being met.
- Build trusted and long lasting client relationships.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure clients are benefitting from all business services.
- Mentor staff through constructive feedback, knowledge sharing, and training opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to introduce and cross-sell company services to the tax portfolio.
- Set an example as a hands-on and supportive manager.
