Finance Shared Service Centre Manager
Location: Nottingham
(Hybrid Model 3 days at site, 2 from home)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Benefits

Reporting to the Finance Controller, you will have 3 direct reports and be responsible for a total team of 20.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Finance Shared Service Centre, covering Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Credit Control.
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of 20, with 3 direct reports.
- Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices across all transactional processes.
- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and reporting.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, ensuring service levels are consistently met.
Key Requirements:
- Significant experience managing large teams within a finance shared service environment.
- Strong track record of improving processes and developing team capabilities.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team across multiple finance functions (AP, AR, CC).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to drive change within a culture of continuous improvement.
