Office/Finance Manager
Full or part-time - this is not a hybrid role.
Hours can be 30 - 40 hours (very flexible) depending on what the successful person requires.

Our client is a small construction firm based city outside of Nottingham close to Basford.
Will suit an experienced Bookkeeper/Finance Manager who is happy to carry out a wide and varied role. You will be supporting the owner of the business doing day to day office work coupled with finance/accounting duties.
This is a great role where the current Finance Manager has worked for over 20 years and is now retiring you will be overlapping with her for the next 6 months.
- Dealing with the invoices - speaking to suppliers and clients
- Bank Reconcilation
- VAT returns
- Cash book
- Wages (7 staff) weekly and monthly
- Creating sales/purchase invoices
- Sorting and inputting credit card receipts
- Assisting the MD on day to day basis
- Vehicle Management/MOT/Services arrangement
- Produces quotes/letters
- Dealing with insurance for the business and car
This is a lovely company which offers a friendly working environment. Ideally you will be happy to work in a team and handle all aspects of office and accounts work. Suit an individual with strong interpersonal skills who enjoys working in a small team.
Experience of Sage along with a good all round experience of finance. Accountancy qualifications are helpful not essential.
