What’s the role?

You’ll be stepping into a Group Finance Manager role that goes beyond the numbers. This is about taking ownership, driving improvements, and being a key part of the leadership team. Reporting to the FD, you’ll get broad exposure across the P&L, including:

Owning the management accounts process, reporting, and financial controls.
Driving automation to streamline Excel-heavy reporting.
Building strong, proactive relationships across the business.
Leading on VAT, tax, payroll, and statutory accounts.
Supporting growth opportunities, including deals and pricing strategies.
Deputising for the FD and influencing key decisions at the top level.
