- Financial Management & Reporting: Prepare financial reports, track company performance, and assist with monthly management accounts.
- Customer & Supplier Transactions: Issue invoices, manage accounts receivable/payable, and ensure prompt payments.
- Banking & Cash Flow: Perform regular reconciliations and oversee debt management.
- Payroll & VAT Compliance: Process staff timesheets, manage payroll elements, and ensure VAT returns are accurate and submitted on time.
- Audit & Regulatory Compliance: Support audit preparation and ensure tax obligations are met.
- Qualifications: Part Qualified, fully qualified (ACCA, CIMA, AAT) or Qualified by Experience
- Experience: Previous experience in a financial management or accounting role, with a strong grasp of accounting systems and financial processes.
- Skills: Strong use of Excel and accounting software (Sage).
