If you are an experienced leader with a proven track record in managing large teams and overseeing transactional processes we would love to talk to you. You will be passionate about driving efficiencies and developing high-performing teams within a high growth business environment.

Reporting to the Finance Controller, you will have 3 direct reports and be responsible for a total team of 20.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Finance Shared Service Centre, covering Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Credit Control.
  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of 20, with 3 direct reports.
  • Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices across all transactional processes.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and reporting.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, ensuring service levels are consistently met.

Key Requirements:

  • Significant experience managing large teams within a finance shared service environment.
  • Strong track record of improving processes and developing team capabilities.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team across multiple finance functions (AP, AR, CC).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
