- Lead and manage a finance team, overseeing management accounts, cashbook, purchase ledger, and sales ledger
- Take full responsibility for statutory accounts and management reporting
- Drive improvements in financial reporting processes and ensure timely delivery of management accounts
- Collaborate with the MD to support strategic decision-making and financial forecasting
- As the role progresses, take on responsibility for IT and internal audit functions
- ACA-qualified with experience in multi-site retail or similar environments
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing a finance team
- Strong background in statutory accounts and financial reporting
