Here's what you'll be doing

Initial 6-9 months: Central Planning & Reporting (CP&R) Support

As G&I activity ramps up, you will initially support wider CP&R deliverables, ensuring key objectives are met while team members focus on the SAP roll-out project. During this phase, you will lead on large-scale deliverables and continuous improvement initiatives, such as:

  • Enhancing FTE controlling processes.
  • Reviewing Digital Technology spend and evaluating business cases for investments.
  • Establishing new processes and end-to-end control for ESG reporting.
  • Driving continuous improvements through automation and AI.

Enduring Responsibilities: Growth & Innovation

  • Act as a trusted advisor and business partner to Growth & Innovation teams, providing financial insights and recommendations to drive profitability.
  • Lead the commercial evaluation and implementation of new business opportunities, partnerships, and acquisitions, delivering financial due diligence and analysis.
  • Monitor key financial and performance metrics, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
  • Conduct forecasting and plan costs/value streams across various business areas.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics, providing proactive insights to support strategic decision-making.

  • You will be a qualified accountant with significant experience in finance, with a focus on business partnering, financial analysis, and strategic planning.

  • Proven track record of providing commercial challenge and business partnering support to cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
