As a Senior Commercial Finance Manager, you will lead the team's strategy, prioritising tasks to reflect both immediate and long-term business objectives. You'll also play a key role in establishing a clear, impactful narrative for the Finance function at

This position requires strong collaboration with teams across Finance, ensuring alignment and consistency in strategic forecasts and analysis. Additionally, you'll bring deep financial expertise, providing meaningful insights into the factors shaping the business.

  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights that shape the strategic direction of the organisation.
  • Lead the UK Strategic Planning process, ensuring that risks and opportunities are clearly identified, communicated, and addressed.
  • Offer coaching, guidance, and support to your team, fostering both their personal growth and professional capabilities.
  • Conduct regular one-to-ones and development reviews to nurture your team's progress and unlock their full potential.
  • Invest in developing future finance leaders, contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the Finance team.

Profile

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant.
  • Experienced finance professional, with significant experience in a financial services industry or similar business.

  • Experience coaching and managing people; running a team to an excellent standard.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize a large amount of data into key themes and trends, spotting any anomalies and building a comprehensive story.

  • Advanced financial modelling and strong data skills.
