We are seeking a Head of Commercial and FP&A for a growing healthcare client.
The role requires 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Transaction Services, or Corporate Finance.
The salary for this position ranges from £50,000 to £75,000 per annum.
The job involves 80% FP&A focus and 20% commercial focus, including budgeting and pricing analysis.
This is a hybrid role with benefits such as a 4.5% pension and 25 days of holiday.

We are recruiting on behalf of an innovative and growing client in the healthcare sector, seeking a talented Head of Commercial and FP&A. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation with the potential to progress to Financial Controller, Group Financial Controller, or Finance Director in the future.The role involves:

80% FP&A Focus: Budgeting, forecasting, and managing multi-site operations, intercompany transactions, international subsidiaries, and foreign currencies.
20% Commercial Focus: Pricing analysis, competitor research, evaluating sales, and pricing new products.

What we’re looking for:

ACA qualified, ideally with a practice background.
Experience in FP&A, Transaction Services, or Corporate Finance.
Strong understanding of multi-site businesses and international operations.

What’s on offer:

£50,000 - £75,000 per annum.
Bonus and benefits: 4.5% pension, 25 days holiday.
Hybrid working (2 days in-office).
