Working collaboratively with our para-planners and administration team, you'll focus on delivering value to clients, helping them navigate complex financial decisions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with para-planners to deliver clear and actionable advice, ensuring clients achieve their financial goals
  • Present lifetime cashflow forecasts, demonstrating multiple scenarios to provide clients with a comprehensive view of their financial future
  • Deliver detailed financial plans and suitability reports that outline regulated recommendations
  • Manage an existing portfolio of clients, providing ongoing advice and conducting scheduled reviews throughout the year
  • Meet prospective clients to assess their financial needs, offering bespoke solutions that align with their objectives
  • Provide technical expertise to support team members across the firm and nurture key professional relationships
  • Foster strong, lasting client relationships, ensuring continued trust and satisfaction

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Chartered Financial Planner status (CII or equivalent) with proven experience advising high-net-worth clients or 5 years Paraplanning experience with expeirnce of attending client meeting
  • Strong knowledge of investments, tax planning, pensions, and cashflow modelling
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build trust and maintain long-term relationships
  • A proactive, client-first mindset with a focus on delivering clear, practical financial advice
  • A collaborative approach, eager to contribute to a positive team environment
