Our clients are seeking a Chartered Financial Advisor in Nottingham offering hybrid work. The successful candidate must have a track record and previous paraplanning experience and ideally have prepared defined benefit pension advice.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a positive team and have the potential to grow a significant number of clients through their steady stream of organic enquiries.

As a Financial Advisor, our client is offering the following:

  • Up to £70,000 (DOE)
  • Discretionary bonus structure
  • Leads provided

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday (2 days at home)
  • Flexible working hours

Financial Advisor requirements:

  • Qualified advisor (Minimum Level 4)
  • Pension transfer Qualification
  • Excellent communicator with an exceptional grasp of the English Language; both written and spoken.
  • Strong computer literacy with exceptional attention to detail.
  • You will be highly self-motivated and offer exceptional customer service

The responsibilities of a Financial Advisor are:

  • Working collaboratively with the paraplanners, you will give advice to their clients to help them best achieve their goals. You will present lifetime cashflow forecasts with multiple scenarios. You will also present financial plans with their advice, and suitability reports for regulated recommendations.
  • Managing a portfolio of clients, delivering scheduled reviews, and all advice needed during the year.
  • Meeting prospective clients, to assess the advice they need, and propose how you can best help them.
  • With strong technical knowledge, you will support other members of the team.
  • Nurture all your client relationships, as well as important professional relationships.
