An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join a well-established Financial Services Practice which provides a highly personalised financial planning and investment management service. They pride themselves on developing long-term financial plans for clients whilst delivering exceptional customer service.Benefits:

The Opportunity

Due to current expansion plans, this company is looking for someone to provide high quality administration and analytical support to the successful Financial Planners of the business. The firm has the flexibility to mould the perfect opportunity around each person’s specific skillset You will have the opportunity to work in a supportive team environment where progression is strongly supported. Responsibilities will include:

  • Processing financial transactions (related to investments, insurance policies, sales, fund switches, withdrawals) from the moment they are agreed and seeing them through to completion.
  • Communication to clients throughout the transaction process.
  • Requesting and collating financial information.
  • Preparing application forms and client documentation.
  • General client administration and communication.
  • Addressing complex administration queries and investigating any problems.
  • Providing support to financial planning advisers and paraplanners as required.

What’s needed to be considered

In order to be considered for this unique opportunity, candidates need to have -

  • Previous experience within a Financial Planning company
  • Professional communication manner, both written and verbally
  • Any Financial Services qualifications are desired
