The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
  • Processing authority letters and gathering financial data for new clients and annual reviews.
  • Preparing application forms and client documentation.
  • Managing financial transactions on investment platforms.
  • Assisting with client reviews, updating goals information, and setting up meetings.
  • Handling client correspondence, including post and emails.
  • Providing administrative support to financial planners and paraplanners.
  • Supporting clients with administrative queries and ensuring clear communication.
About You

To succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate:

  • Experience: At least two years in a financial planning administration role.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle time-sensitive transactions and respond effectively to client queries.
