This fully remote Employed Mortgage Adviser role offers a basic salary of up to £40,000, with an OTE of £100k+ due to uncapped commissions.
Successful candidates can expect to earn between £4,000 and £9,000 in commission each month, with pre-qualified leads booked directly into their diaries.
Applicants should have at least 2 years of mortgage advisory experience and hold a CeMap or equivalent qualification.
Key responsibilities include recommending mortgage products, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring FCA compliance.
Ideal candidates are driven, ambitious, and possess excellent communication skills, with a goal of writing 12-15 mortgages per month.
