Description

As a Paraplanner, you will be supporting the Financial Planners with administration support to service clients needs around financial advice, and ensuring that this service is a top class standard. The main duties will be:

  • Help provide advice to client and create cash flow forecasts with various scenarios
  • Writing financial plans with summary advice, as well as suitability reports
  • Ensuring financial plans and ongoing reviews are carried out accurately and on time
  • Ensuring transactions are processed accurately and according to service expectations
  • Researching investment options and strategies to support the financial planners recommendations
  • Staying current with financial regulations, products and industry trends

Profile

For this role, we are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience working as a Paraplanner and ideally be diploma qualified
  • Sound technical knowledge around investments, pensions and life assurance products including benefits and taxation
  • Understanding of tax allowances, trusts and business structure as part of a financial plan
  • Ideally have knowledge of Voyant, or similar cash flow forecasting systems
  • Excellent attention to detail, well organised and able to solve problems
  • Proactive mindset and focus on continuous learning
