- Preparing recommendation reports and maintaining client records
- Analysing clients’ circumstances, objectives & risk profile
- Identifying missing client information pertinent to formulating recommendations
- Liaising with financial advisers to query/challenge proposed recommendations where necessary
- Prepare information / comparisons, ready for analysis by the adviser
- Cashflow modelling analysis
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client and plan records on back-office system
- Ensuring all relevant documentation and correspondence is uploaded to the correct client records on the back-office system and named in accordance with Company procedures
- Handling of other reasonable duties, as defined by the Senior Management Team
- Experience in an IFA/Wealth Management environment
- Must hold or be working toward a Diploma in Financial Planning
- Proven experience in a similar role
