Our client, a leading firm of Independent Financial Advisers, is seeking to appoint an administrator to support two IFA's. This role has arisen due to an exisitng member of staff relocating.
Duties:
* processing new business* sending off letters of authority* chasing providers for information* arranging meeting preparations* undertaking follow up work* client updates via email or phone call
Experience:
* recent experience within a UK based financial advisers* well organised* excellent time management* attention to detail* ideally a knowledge of Intelligent Office software as well as Word and Excel but full training given* superb communication skills
