Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage client financial transactions in line with the Solicitors’ Accounts Rules.
  • Handle BACS receipts, telegraphic transfers, and foreign payments with precision.
  • Perform daily compliance checks and manage any SAR breaches.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation.
  • Work closely with senior management and partners to meet operational and regulatory requirements.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experienced in legal accounting software and electronic payment systems.
  • Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
  • Confident, articulate, and skilled at building strong working relationships across the business.
  • IT literate, with knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
