The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Warehouse Operative with an FLT Licence to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you'll support our Warehouse Manager in ensuring smooth operations, leading by example, and helping to maintain a safe, efficient, and organised warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate forklift trucks (FLT) safely and efficiently.
  • Assist the Warehouse Manager with day-to-day tasks, including stock management, inventory control, and team leadership.
  • Help coordinate warehouse workflows and improve overall productivity.
  • Ensure the warehouse runs smoothly, is kept organised, and complies with safety standards.
  • Provide hands-on support in picking, packing, and dispatching orders when necessary.

What We're Looking For:

  • A valid FLT Licence and relevant experience.
  • Previous experience in a senior warehouse role or similar.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A positive, team-focused attitude with the ability to support and motivate colleagues.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to assist the management team effectively.
