A great opportunity for an accomplished Account Director with extensive experience in Creative 3D POS.  If you have an excellent background in creative solutions, linked to printed production of semi- permanent cardboard displays, including FSDUs, shelf-edge furniture and other in-store displays that create theatre and improve consumer engagement, this may the ideal role for you!

 

With your ability and proven track record of developing high profile brands, ideally within the Health & Beauty/Retail sector, you will help deliver outstanding service ensuring end-to-end project delivery of printed 3D POS campaign. You will be responsible for managing the creative briefs from clients, take the lead on the commercial details such as budgeting including planning and running client review meetings, strategic development, and sales growth for your accounts.

 

You will work within an established team of 20 (a mix of account and project managers), and your focus will be on client development rather than team management. So, if you are looking for managerial responsibilities, this will not be the role for you unfortunately.

 

We are looking for candidates who are motivated, dynamic and happy to support with day-to-day account management when needed. 

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Accountable for overall service delivery and all commercial aspects.
  • Operate within the framework of our contract.
  • Understand, implement, monitor and ensure all SLAs and KPIs are being met.
  • Lead and deliver business review meetings with your client.
  • Recommend system and process enhancements, focusing on continuous improvement.
  • Deliver exceptional personal and team service to your client.
  • Ensure briefs are delivered to our production teams, clearly, on time and with commercial clarity.
  • Work collaboratively both internally and with your clients.
  • Create new opportunities with your client and explore ways to help grow their and our business.
  • Report directly to the Client Services Director.

Prior experience needed to fulfil this role includes:

  • A strong background and understanding of creative 3D POS
  • An impressive track record in managing high profile accounts
  • Excellent presentation skills and a real desire to exceed expectations.
  • Can demonstrate development of existing customer relationships.
  • Excellent computer skills to manage and interpret data contained within Excel and strong PowerPoint skills.
  • Managing point of sale briefs from concept to distribution.
  • Worked on complex accounts and understands production basics including design, artwork, print, fulfilment and distribution.
  • Must be able to demonstrate a high level of commercial acumen.

 

Working hours are: 40 hours a week 8:30am – 5:30pm, with the flexibility to work from home one day a week, potentially two depending on workloads.
