Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a new and varied role? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a dynamic team in Nottingham!



About the Role:

As an Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Operations department with key duties in purchasing and dispatch functions within the business. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Raising Orders: Ensure accurate and timely processing of purchase orders.
  • Liaising with Suppliers: Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure efficient communication and timely delivery of goods.
  • Booking Transport: Organize and coordinate transport logistics for outbound deliveries.
  • Checking Export Paperwork: Ensure all export documentation is correct and compliant with regulations.
  • Raising Purchase Orders: Manage the procurement process, from initial order placement to final delivery.


What We're Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous Administration Experience: A solid background in an administrative role is essential.
  • Experience in Purchasing or Logistics: While not mandatory, experience in these areas will be a distinct advantage.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise confidently with suppliers and internal teams.
