Job Title: Administrator (Estate Agency)

Job Location: Arnold

Salary: £25,000 / £28,000 OTE

Days / Hours: Monday- Friday- 8:45- 17:30 / 1 in 4 Saturdays- 9:00- 15:00

Duties:

• Onboarding new clients which includes welcome calls, producing sales particulars, compliance around ID, money laundering

• Dealing with the client from the say they agree to book photos and go ahead until their property goes on the market and is handed over to the sales team.

• Scanning and filing

• Assisting the team

• Putting properties live

• Auditing Sales clients

• Issuing Sales memos

• Dealing with keys, including auditing.
