Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with legacy clients, who have previously purchased some of the company's machinery.
  • Service & Spares: Provide exceptional after-sales support, managing service and spares operations effectively.
  • Resource Management: Organize and manage teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Supplier Relations: Communicate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and ensure the best terms.
  • Customer Interaction: Respond to emails, questions, and requests from clients, ensuring proactive management of key accounts.
  • Technical Expertise: Read and interpret technical drawings to provide accurate and effective support and solutions.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within automation or materials handling industries.
  • Proven experience in service and spares, after-sales support.
  • Strong leadership and man-management skills.
  • Ability to manage resources and organize teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both with clients and suppliers.
  • Goal-driven mindset with a proactive approach to handling client accounts.
  • Technical proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings.
