BREEAM Assessor - remote (temp contract)

25 - 30 (per hour)

We are currently seeking a BREEAM Assessor to join our clients established team while working from home. In this role, you will assist in the delivery and expansion of our their BREEAM services, providing expert advice and assessments to their clients. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects and collaborating with design teams to develop and implement BREEAM strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out BREEAM assessments and provide expert advice to clients.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects from start to finish.
  • Attend design team meetings to develop BREEAM strategies and ensure responsibilities are clearly communicated.
  • Prepare and deliver technical reports to clients, including formal presentations.
  • Support the operations and estimating teams with accurate fee proposals.

Key Skills:

  • BREEAM Assessor (2011/2014/2018) with at least 2 years of experience in delivering commercial assessments.
  • Strong understanding of energy and sustainability-related government policies and Building Regulations.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with experience in technical report writing.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet client expectations.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel, including overnight stays when required.

Desirable Skills:

  • BREEAM AP or AP-ready.
  • Experience with BREEAM In-Use, BREEAM Refurbishment and Fit-Out.
