Founded in 2004, Intex Facades has successfully completed over 300 SFS and Rain screen Cladding projects nationwide.
We are currently looking for a team of experienced cladding fixers to join our new project in Nottingham.
Responsibilities:
- Install cladding systems on construction projects as per specifications and design drawings
- Measure, cut, and shape cladding materials as needed
- Ensure that all work meets quality standards and adheres to safety regulations
- Work collaboratively with other tradespeople and contractors on site
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during strip/installation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a cladding fixer
- Strong knowledge of cladding materials, own tools, and installation techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanshi
- To perform the job in accordance with the companys policies and procedures, especially the Equal Opportunities and Harassment Policy
- To perform any other duties as may be reasonably required from time-to-time
- CSCS card
